Prices 

All costs are dependent upon accessibility and can be removed or fluctuated without notice. Costs quoted are liable to change whenever until full installment is received from the Client and tickets issued. Cancellation Fees 

We can't provide a refund to you until we get the funds from the important provider/outsider provider. Cancelled bookings will cause charges. Method of payment 

Costs are legitimate for installment by Credit card, cash, check, or bank transfer. Refund 

Refunds (assuming any) for alterations and/or cancellation will be paid straightforwardly to the Client by Al Haider Travels. If there should arise an occurrence of refund in foreign currency component, the said refund will be made in Indian Rupees just at the overall purchasing rate on the date of refund according to existing rules, rules and guidelines. It would take at least sixty (60) work days to handle such refunds  

 If there should arise an occurrence of Al Haider Travels practicing its optional rights to adjust, revise or cancel any tour or holiday promoted, the Client who has reserved for such visit can practice one of the accompanying alternatives:   


 

 

  

If there should be an occurrence of the Client travelling on an amended tour, the legitimate connection between the gatherings will not change simply by goodness of the adjusted/correction. The Client opting to proceed with the visit courses of action as adjusted or altered will pay extra charges, assuming any, demanded by Travel Tours.  

 There will be no refund if the Client doesn't or can't use any service included for the tour cost or paid for services like dinners, rooms, section tickets, outings and so forth, nor can any refund be made for lost, misplaced or annihilated travel tickets or vouchers.  

 Regardless, the Company will not be obligated towards any consequential loss, harm or additional expenses suffered by the Client over any reasons at all. 


Governing Law 

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. 


Disputes Resolution 

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. 


Severability and Waiver 


Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 

 

Waiver 

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. 


Translation Interpretation 

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute. 


Changes to These Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
